| Luiza Rangel is a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and a Trauma Specialist. She works at the NHS Marlborough Family Service, where she is also the Head of the Family Trauma Service. She is an EMDR Accredited Practitioner with the EMDR Association UK. She originally trained as a psycho-dynamic psychotherapist and as an adult psychiatrist. She teaches in the UK and internationally about trauma and its treatment in the context of children and families. In her private practice she sees adults, children and families who are experiencing the effects of trauma and bereavement.
